Administrator

Hi, my ex wife is attempting to set up her Microsoft account on her laptop. She is being blocked from doing this as it says there’s an administrator that needs to verify this.

The administrator is an iCloud address with my name, but I’ve never heard of it! Strangely the iCloud address is linked to her phone number!

I can’t undo this if I can’t even sign into an account that I’m unaware of!

I’m wondering if one of our children has set up an account in my name on an Xbox or similar?

HELP!
