Unknown charge refund

Good afternoon! Apple charged $70 from my card, although I didn't make any purchases. When I tried to return the funds, there was no such payment in Apple's system, but I have a charge receipt. How to get my money back...?

How to request a refund

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit.
