usb-c not working on macbook air

one of the usb-c is able to charing but not able to connect with other devices like external hard disk .

what can i do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.3

▷ Try Safe Mode.

▷ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.
