Restoring the Apple Health App to my iPhone

I accidentally deleted the Apple Health App from my iPhone 8+. Is there any way that this app can be restored to my iPhone?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

Slide over to the last screen (the App Library) find the Health app, press and hold it and move it back where you want it.
