no selection in terminal preferences

Hey,

I've been trying to install Iterm2 on my Mac m1 but ran into some problems. I tried to change and add some customization to the terminal after downloading Homebrew, Iterm2, etc. but my preferences tab for my terminal is missing a bunch of tabs, like "sessions" among others. I'm currently running macOS Monterey 12.3.1. Everyone else in the YouTube tutorials I watched had these settings available. Anyone knows what's going on?

Now I got this:

Error: Oh My Zsh can't be loaded from: sh. You need to run zsh instead.
Here's the process tree:

Don't see how this is gonna make it so my zshrc file is gonna work.

Shell initialization scripts do not need to be executable.

I even gave creating a .zshrc file with just read/write access a try, and it worked just fine.

/bin/ls -leO@ .zshrc
-rw-r--r--  1 raharris  staff  - 81 Apr 14 11:55 .zshrc

And when I start zsh, I get

The problem is that I want to add ZSH_THEME="powerlevel10k/powerlevel10k" to my zhsrc file but it doesn't work when I use nano /.zhsrc. In the videos I watched they had a bunch of code in the zhsrc file, but mine didn't have any/come with any.
