Airpod Pros

My name is Tatiana I just received my airpod replacements after waiting for 2 months and it literally doesn’t work. I’ve gotten a new case and AirPods and that did nothing for me. I try and connect the AirPods to the phone all it does is flash orange won’t do nothing else. If I take one airpod out I can only connect them as separate devices instead of one and they won’t work together only one works at a time. I’ve cleaned them, reset network settings, tried resetting the case and AirPods together that work work they only reset one at a time and I’ve also forgotten the device NOTHING works. These are brand new so at this point I don’t know what could be the issue.
