Usernoted using very high amount of CPU

Hi,

I have a Macbook Pro (14 inch, 2021) and usernoted is using a very high amount of CPU, draining the battery.

Others recommended an EtreCheck report, which I have run. Please see attached the full report.

Potentially relevant sections are:

Top Processes Snapshot by CPU:

Process (count) CPU (Source - Location)

usernoted 99.24 % (Apple)

WindowServer 29.70 % (Apple)

kernel_task 12.90 % (Apple)

EtreCheckPro 9.68 % (Etresoft, Inc.)

Google Chrome Helper (GPU) 7.46 % (Google LLC)

Top Processes Snapshot by Energy Use:

Process (count) Energy (0-100) (Source - Location)

usernoted 48 (Apple)

WindowServer 17 (Apple)

Google Chrome Helper (Renderer) (34) 6 (Google LLC)

FollowUpUI 5 (?)

Google Chrome Helper (GPU) 2 (Google LLC)

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.4 — I would start there
