Music Playback Stuttering
Hi. I have an M1 Mac mini which is about a year old. In the last week or so any app playing music stutters several times during each song. Any simple ideas to fix please?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! You mentioned that this is happening with several Music apps, does it happen on multiple Wi-Fi networks as well?
Has your Mac been restarted since noticing this issue? You can go to the Apple Menu ( ) > Restart to perform this step. Once restarted, test to see if this continues to occur.
Are these all third-party Music apps or is this happening in the Apple Music app as well? If only happening with third-party app, you can confirm there are no updates that need to be installed for those app by launching the App Store > Updates.
Use the App Store to update apps on Mac
If happening with the Apple Music app as well, you'll want to check for any macOS updates since the Music app will update as part of the macOS. You can go to the Apple menu ( ) > System Preference > Software Update to check if one if available and install it.
