Transfer OneDrive from iPad to Android which I am forced to use

I set up Office365 on my IPad and have folders, files and Outlook messages on it that I now need to transfer to a Lenovo IdeasPad that uses Android. The IdeasPad is the standard device that my group uses.

I have used the same account and login on both devices, but the OneDrive contents on my IPad do not appear on the IdeasPad.

How do I transfer them all across?
