Internal Error when trying to pick a song for Alarm

I saw someone post on here about receiving an Internal Error message "The requested app extension could not be found" when trying to choose a song for their alarm clock. The only suggestions apple gave to this previous poster was to make sure their software was up to date and try restarting their phone. I am having the same issue and can't even advance past the "Pick a Song" option because of the Internal Error message that appears. The solutions you gave the previous poster did not work for me. Any help would be appreciated. My ultimate goal is to be able to use a song from Spotify to use as my alarm in the mornings.
