Horizontal lines - bottom of screen

I have a Macbook Pro 2017 - 13 inch with horizontal lines appearing all over the dock as shown in the pic. They start to appear after roughly 2 hours of use and they disappear if I shut the laptop down, let it cool off (then they reappear again after some time).


Anyone with similar problem? Any help ?

You can try Try resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support


Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)



If no resolve—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple


Outside the USA
