Where do I start to add metadata to my songs on iTunes? I've spent hours trying to find the page I need in order to add metadata to my songs.

Select a single song, or some songs. Press ctrl+i to open the Song Info dialog, or use the right-click context menu. Make changes. Click OK to save them. Rinse and repeat.
