Had to ask this question again as same thread was locked… i like others are getting no notification sound from the amazon app on my iPhone se 2022, I’ve just switched from android and am still getting used to it but all notifications are on in settings and in the amazon app. Just spoke to amazon and got nowhere. Anyone manage to find a fix as this appears to have been an issue for some time?
Thanks for your reply, that gif isn’t clear, i have scheduled summary off, I’m getting the notification but no sound, only affecting amazon shopping app. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled but no joy. See my settings… there is another thread from some people who have had same issue. But the thread was locked.

Let us look at the apps which are not providing alert notifications and how to enable Notification on those Apps.
For example here I have taken Amazon Music. GIF will take you through step by step process on enabling Notifications.
Do not delete these Apps as you risk of losing data you may have created while using the App.
