I have a seven children in my family. We currently use a Google workspace domain but I’m thinking of moving it to a custom iCloud+ domain. Is there a limit to the number of email addresses I can set up?

This article states that EACH member of the family sharing group can have up to 3 personalized email addresses. I'd be VERY curious to know if this actually works out (especially in the case where one is already using the custom domain addresses as their apple IDs).

Use Custom Email Domain with iCloud Mail says:
You can use up to five custom domains, with up to three personalized email addresses per domain.
Three accounts in addition to my “shared family”?
Even with that, it’s crappy for those of us who have a large family. Very disappointing, but it’s systemic with Apple’s services. Large families are screwed.
Related, and a potential workaround for us, can two iCloud+ families share the same domain? We are already doing this with Google on the email side with two iCloud+ families for everything else on the Apple side.
