Calls cutting out

Help! I have a 12Pro Max. Just started having issues with calls cutting out with what sounds like a computer to the other person connecting during my calls. I have T-Mobile. They told me to get a new updated SIM card. Did that. Still happening. I’ve done it all. Wifi Assist on & off. LTE and 5G. Nothing is working. They even had me restart my network settings before I got a new SIM card. Any help would be appreciated!

Troubleshooting Cut Calls:

Did you Install an Update?:

It may be an issue with the update. I have not had this issue. So, refer to the following...

A. Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Report this to Apple. Having just recently updated your iOS, and have didn't see this issue before on your iPhone, then I would assume the update was not completely installed. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback Applereceives on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in upcoming updates.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it thus far. Include the URL to this post: Adding a period after a sentence - Apple Community
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

and...

B. Restore from a Backup:

Did you create a backup, prior to installing this update? If so, restore from it. If not, then take this as a learning experience knowing to always backup your iPhone. That way you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go working with the install.

C. Updating an iPhone:

However, If you have not performed an update, then backup your iPhone's and then perform an update. Use my User Tip:  Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip
