Apple Pencil 2nd generation

iPad Pro 4th will not recognize Apple Pencil 2nd generation in bluetooth I have tried all suggestions from Apple and nothing works, I purchased the pencil less than a week ago from Apple. I contacted Apple support and they had me do the same things over still no help. Anyone have any suggestions?

iPad pencil connection My magnetic iPad Pencil is not recognized any more by my iPad Pro 2019, it doesn’t appear on Bluetooth anymore, it was working good before but suddenly it stops working, I did release it from Bluetooth then tried to install again, but Bluetooth doesn’t recognize it.. can some one let me know how I can Chat with apple support live? Or help me to solve the issue?
