I thought someone hung up on FaceTime. I called them back on their mobile. Could they have heard me speaking while I called on mobile

I thought someone disconnected on FaceTime. I called them back on their mobile number. Could they have heard me talking even though I thought call was disconnected?

If the FaceTime call was disconnected then there is no way of someone hearing you on the othe side (because the call was disconnected).

What you stated in your post is that you thought that the call was disconnected. Was it definitely disconnected? You see, it doesn’t matter what you thought. What matters is whether the call was actually disconnected or not. If it was then you are good to go. If it wasn’t then there is a chance that the person on the other side heard you if that person hung around to listen.
