Manually sync voice memos to Apple Music with USB?

I signed up for Apple Music. Then didn’t use it and cancelled. They deleted my entire personal library on all my devices. Years of sitting there uploading purchased cds for meditation. So I don’t trust apple. I simple want the same features I used to have before the upgrade that I didn’t have to pay for. If I can’t sync like before I will sell my Mac, get a PC and use iTunes. So tired of this crap. It used to just work. Now your apple upgrades and features are a pain in the butt and don’t make sense.
