Apple Music error adding to PlayList

I have the same issue adding songs to My Music App (on Mac and iPhone too) like the posts in Error when adding songs to custom playlist - Apple Community

I pay for Apple Music + iCloud + Arcade Games (Apple One signature)

I have the high-end devices (iPhone 13 Pro Max and MacBook Pro 2021 i9 64GB RAM).

Plenty of Internet (1gbps up/downstream).

The Music App only add songs to my custom playlist (and sometimes, it crashes or fails)

when I download from Apple Music to library first, then add to playlist.

The other ways, most of times it fails miserably.

It's not acceptable to pay for a product from a high end company that makes the experience

like 2000's years: download first then play.

I'm trying to make the playlist I had on Spotify (that worked flawlessly since first time I used) in

Apple Music and it's taking DAYS! Sometimes I give up on continue since App is bugged a lot.

Did Apple could work on fix that? A descent In-App experience is expected from single Apple

product, since they aren't cheap and you see so many marketing money being used to promote

them (even if I think they aren't needed, since they are the best available)

Hi Virgilio_Fornazin,

Thanks for updating us on the concern.

To clarify, are you trying to create a playlist and then share that playlist across your devices without downloading the songs?

What you'll want to do is make sure Sync Library is enabled on all your devices, then create the playlist on one device (your iPhone for example) and then it should populate to your Mac and other devices.

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

It may take a moment to sync, but this should work just fine.

If this behavior is causing the app to crash, that's not expected behavior and you should contact Apple Support to check to see if you can get help with your account:

Hey there, Virgilio_Fornazin!

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

Does this happen on both the iPhone 13 and MacBook or just one of the two? Also, have you tried to restart your devices since this first started happening? Also, when did this first start happening?

Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

We look forward to hearing from you.

both of them.

I've built (thought I've did it) on macOS Music App looking at my Spotify playlist screenshots.

after all, the playlist was almost empty (missed a lot of song I've added with 'add to playlist...' ->

'(my playlist name)' in Music App on macOS).

Now I'm trying to do it at my iPhone first downloading the music (adding to library), then after

that adding to a playlist. It makes sense if you are using local filesystem music folders, but when

you have an Apple Music subscription, it doesn't make sense to need to download before after to

a playlist, because you may choose to not download the music to your device if you want).

regards on restarting my devices, I do this almost daily (I use my iPhone up to battery drained to 1%), and my Macbook is 'resetted' every two or three days (I develop on this device so sometimes I may

boot in another OS for testing Windows & Linux apps on bare metal hardware).

The problem is persisting a month long... when I started looking at for support on internet, I've found

that previous topic.
