Iphone has been stuck on a black loading screen

I first bought my phone in June 2021 and it would freeze, shut off, then I would tap the screen and it would come back on. In the beginning of 2022 what happened was my phone would just freeze for 20 minutes and then go to a black loading screen (like when you shut your phone fully off by holding down volume and power off button). Now randomly my phone will just go on the loading screen, not even freeze. Then it goes to the Lock Screen, I put in my password and it starts loading again, I wait->Lock Screen->password->starts loading again. Do you have any advice for me? If I bring my phone in will you fully restart it and then I have to log back in to everything? This is for an iPhone 12
