Haptic feedback not working on Macbook Pro 2017 13'

Hi, i'm experiencing issues with my macbook trackpad because the haptic feedback stopped working unexpectedly. I didn't do any accidental damage, spilling or something, it just suddenly stopped working. After browsing countless forums I reset the SMC, NVRAM, PRAM and reinstalled MacOS from scratch but with zero success. I stumbled on a video that tried using a heat gun to heat the trackpad to solve the problem, and after I tried with mine it worked, but it works only for about 30 minutes and then stops again. It's only the Haptic Feedback that doesn't work, the trackpad senses all of the pressure levels and force touch, it's like clicking with the laptop powered off. I might fear the only solution is a hardware repair, but does anyone have any tips or explanations? Thanks in advance and sorry for the broken english.

Hey Tino0035,

After all the steps you've taken, you can take your MacBook Pro in to be seen by a technician, who can examine in person and determine if hardware service is required. You can find possible nearby locations with the following link: Apple - Find Locations

Before going to a location, please follow the steps in this article: Mac Repair - Official Apple Support

Take care!
