Macbook pro screen goes green

I have a problem with my Macbook Pro (model a1706). When I turn it on it boots normally and finishes the progress bar. After that the screen just goes fully green for about 10 seconds and then it keeps restarting over and over again. I have tried first aid in disk utility and resetting SMC and NVRAM,

also have tried reinstalled macOS. I only can use it in safe mode. What should I do?
