Downloaded Apple Music won’t play

So I had been a subscriber for a while now and since I had my iPhone XS and my new 13 Pro Max, I’ve come to the same problem.

I download music because where I work, there's almost no signal to stream music. Worst of all, when said downloaded music, it won’t play.

The only music I can play is that that I own from Bandcamp and other older music formats from before iOS 13.

Its become frustrating that I’m close to closing my music streaming service to some other like Spotify.

Whats the point of downloading music when you can’t even play it when out of range.

(Also, no wifi allowed in said workspace.)

No. They all show no status. I go to the downloaded section of my library. It just “plays” but the scroll doesn’t move, no sound. It just sits at 0:00 and doesn’t move. I always download the entire album so there’s no download icon at the top right corner for it.

Now when using Wifi, it place regularly. Downloaded or not.

Hey there, Jararkmederer!

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

When viewing the songs in Music, do they have an image of a cloud with an arrow pointing down? If so, do you get an error message when tapping the cloud?

Also, let’s go to Settings > iPhone Storage. How much available space does it say is available?

Kindest regards.

I have a lot of space on my phone left as I got the 1 TB storage option for my new phone.
