I have done a factory reset on my old iPhone 6. Put a new simcard but to set it up, the phone asks for passcode. Why is that if a factory reset is done? I use my old passcode but it doesn’t accept it. Can anybody help with this issue?

Asks a Passcode or a PUK-code (SIM PIN) ?
