Otterbox Defender for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Wireless Charging
I have an Otterbox Defender for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I can't charge wirelessly. Is there a solution? Don't say to remove the case. That defeats the ease of use.

The Otterbox Defender Pro XT is MagSafe compatible (that’s what I use).
If you purchased the wrong case, return it.

I did get an Otterbox charging puck and it does generate some heat, not bad. It charges well.

Defender cases are really thick with the plastic shell and rubber cover. That’s just putting it further away from the pad.
Not sure what might work, but there are a lot of discussions about using thick cases with wireless charging, and it might take experimenting with different charging pads for one that might be able to deal with more distance to the device. And even if it works, it might be less efficient, and wireless charging is already inefficient.
The thicker Otterbox case will charge much slower and would have heat issues because there is no where for the heat to escape.
