airpods pro mismatch (in find my)

So how can i fix the mismatch alert in find my for my airpods pro

i didn’t mixed it with any one or linked it to any one’s apple id

i have contacted apple support several time and they did me nothing


airpods model: airpods pro

Model number:A2084

version:4C165

case:1.3.5

(i tried attaching a screenshot but it keep saying and error happen)

It sounds like your AirPods have been set up with another Apple ID, and we can help.


This probably occurred if someone else paired to them with Find My enabled.


You'll need to completely reset your AirPods to remove them and set them up for your Apple ID.

It looks like you've had the chance to review If you see an alert that says "AirPods Mismatch," but let's continue the advice from it.


If you see an alert that says "AirPods Mismatch," then you might have mixed up your AirPods with someone else's AirPods. You can try to get your AirPod back from the person who might have it. Or you can contact Apple Support to replace your AirPod.


You'll note, that you will either need to find the person who you accidentally switched AirPods with or replace your AirPod. As you mentioned, you didn't accidentally switch AirPods, so in that case, your only option is to replace your AirPod.
