Changing Billing Region/ Country with credit available?
Hi,
Im having problems changing the billing region/ country with the remaining credit available on my store. So please can you remove that balance so I can change it?

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
