I just dropped my iphone 11,are the internals damaged?

Hello so,I just accidentaly dropped my iphone 11 (it has a screen protector and case) from like half a meter from the ground and it fell on the screen. It doesn’t show any external damage but should I be worried about internal damage?

iPhone 11, iOS 15

If the phone operates then don't worry. Everyone drops iPhones, most get away with it. Check yout camera still focuses.

But you should be taking regular back-ups anyway, preferably iCloud automatic daily backups, to reduce any impact of data loss should the phone fail later on.
