My elderly mom is a long time Apple user and lost her old Iphone 7 today. I am switching her to an Android phone, so I need to be able to access her contacts so i can re-enter them for her in her new phone. How do I do that? I have her AppleID......where do I go from here?? TY in advance for any and all help.
Have the contacts been synced with iCloud?
If yes, log into her iCloud account and export them as vCards, as explained in this article:
Import or export a vCard in Contacts on iCloud.com - Apple Support
Or start the Contact app in iCloud and transfer the information manually one by one.
