Mail (Version 16.0 (3696.80.82.1.1)) on MacBook Pro randomly shows certain emails in my Inbox without content

The incoming email on my Macbook is empty but for a message "This message has no content". If I read the same email on my iPhone the actual content is visible.

How do I fix my Mail on my Macbook Pro (macOS Monterey version 12.3.1)

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3

Mail issues in macOS Monterey

I would start here—

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy and disable:

  • “Protect Mail Activity” /
  • “Hide IP address” /
  • “Block all remote content”
