How do I eliminate English sub-titles while watching movies/shows that are playing English Audio?

Turn off the subtitle from the subtitle menu during playback,

Try setting the subtitles setting to ‘Auto’ in Settings﹥Vide and Audio﹥Subtitle Language﹥, before playback.

Change subtitles or languages for videos in the Apple TV app or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Adjust video and audio settings on Apple TV - Apple Support
