I have a new MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.3.1 and iMovie 10.3.2
I airdropped my cinematic mode video clip to a folder and opened it in iMovie. The cinematic editing mode does not appear.
I tried the opt cmd open iMovie suggestion and it didn’t fix it.
My iPhone 13 ProMax allows me to edit the videos in iMovie for my iPhone. But no such luck on my Mac.
Any other fix suggestions?

The import window is what appears when you click on the downward pointing arrow in the upper left of the screen:
You should be able to Air Drop the Cinematic pics to your Mac, but apparently you need to do it in the way described by the last post in the link that I sent you in my previous post.

So I did review the help topic and it discusses the “Import Window”. What is that please, I’m new to the MacOS world and am learning.
mess hoping it would be as simple as air dropping the files to my Mac once they’ve processed, that may not be the case then?
