Refund

My name is Lakyn Upton and I made a purchase through Etsy on March 27 for $392 in that purchase I had multiple items a few of the items I have received other items I have not reached out to Etsy and explain to them what happened because the seller would not communicate with me they told me they were going to refund me the money for the items I have not received which was $100.70 they told me last Friday it would take 2 to 5 business days I checked my bank account today I do not have that refund so I reached out to Etsy support there I was told by an Edward that it was refunded to a card ending in 0476 that is not my debit card I only have one card in my Apple wallet so they’re telling me the money was refunded but it wasn’t refunded to me they have no way of tracking it so they’re telling me I need to reach out to you I just checked my Apple wallet and again the only card that is listed is my personal debit card ending in 8573 I am beyond frustrated that I cannot get my refund back to my correct account without having to jump through 900 hoops. 80 support also gave me this and told me to provide you all with it so you can track where this refund is. ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for the transaction: 74204292113001342814948 I need to get this situated right now I’m tired of my money being messed with

Apple Pay uses a device account number, not your credit/debit card number. So, your refund is likely posted to your account (check your card in the wallet where you can see card details and find the device account number). Refunds post in 30 days.
