How to sync local music to Android Music client
How can I sync my personal apple music from mac/music client to android apple music client. Like syncing to an iphone apple music.

You cannot. The Apple Music App on Android can only be used to access the Apple Music subscription service.
To sync your personal music library you need to copy it to the Android standard music playback app as instructed by your dev ices user guide.
