I understand that my Mac is lager than my iPad but I also would like to do a much on the Mac as I can on my iPad. We worked on a new directory for the church on my wife's iPad Pro and I asked her to drop it to my Mac. I don't think that the idea of being able to do the samething on a MAC BOOK PRO is ASKING too much. Why should Apple be that bull headed to make the iPad do more than my Mac Book!!!

Maybe we should not even buy the Mac book!

So her iPad Pro is almost as big as my Mac book air and I love Apple products but I found a closed thread where the gentleman had the same problem

I'm curious why you think you can do "more" on the iPad than on the Mac.

Forms can be handy on the iPad. But on the Mac I find it easier and more efficient to enter values directly into a table.

orms was a Numbers for OS feature, and was probably added because of the difference in amount of real estate available with iOS devices smaller screens.

If you want Forms added to Numbers for macOS, this user-to-user community isn't the place to ask. Apple provides the space, but Apple participation in these communities is quite limited—Hosts/Moderators check for adherence to the Terms f Use agreement you accepted before participating here; community Specialists monitor for questions that haven't received a response within an unstated time since the first post (generally about 24 hours), and provide a response, generally pointing to a knowledge base page with relevance to the issue raised.

Product development teams do not participate here at all.

In the Number menu (Mac version) you'll find a Provide Numbers Feedback menu item. Use that to make a Feature request. Messages sent through that path go straight to Apple. They are vetted, but those that strike a chord get directed to the people who do the development work.

Barry
