iPhone 13 screen freezing

This is the Iphone 13 it is the second time this screen freezing happened since January. Last tme I had to restore it. This time I hoped I can reboot it. It reacted a couple of time but without giving me the apple logo. It showed the apps. but when I tried again to reboot it gave me the (slide poweroff) but is not responding to touch. Therefore the screen is frozen to the three options. (slide to power off) (medical ID) (SOS Emergency SOS) but does not respond to touch.
