How can i reset my itunes and appstore????kindly help

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.

Tap or click on that blue-text link there to start your contact with the folks at Apple.

There is nothing you can do here to clear this, other than to discuss this directly with Apple. We’re other users, not folks that work for Apple. We can’t access your Apple ID or payment data, nor can we look up details of whatever the confusion or issue here might be. And nothing you can do can clear this, other than contacting Apple.

I want buy an iPhone 13 pro and I wasn’t trade my iPhone 11 max pro

So buy one.

Visit an Apple Store, or an authorized reseller, or visit the Apple online store.

For the Apple online store, see the “Buy” button on this webpage:

iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max - Apple

There are various ways to trade-in an iPhone, or to sell it privately.

For how to prepare it for sale, visit this webpage:

I was charged $7.45 for some reason. Can you explain why and can I get my refund back?

Us? No. We cannot explain any of this. We don’t work for Apple. We’re other customers. We have no access to your Apple ID and payment and billing info.

You? You can look up what you purchased from Apple in Billing and Subscriptions (link below), and—if you’ve not authorized a purchase from Apple and the charge is not listed associated with your Apple ID—can contact your financial provider (see the back of your payment card, usually) and dispute the charge. If the charge was associated with your Apple ID account, and is not one you recognize, then your Apple ID was probably compromised (re-using passwords is deadly) and you’ll want to change your Apple ID and other core passwords, and then contact Apple Support (telephone numbers linked earlier in thread) and discuss the charge.

my iphone 13 pro max is under warranty. I checked with the local service provider who informed me that since the mechine is meant for Japan they have to get down the part from them and I have to pay for the cost. I told them that is under an international warranty. I purchased the mechine from Dubai. Please let me know the correct procedure please

iPhones don't have an international warranty. The warranty is generally restricted to the country in which they were intended for original sale. So you would need to take your phone to Japan for the warranty to be honored.

I’m not quite sure what the locations (purchase and service) involved here might be.

If purchased in Japan: Legal - iOS Warranty Japanese - Apple

From the English translation of that document:

If purchased in UAE: Legal - iOS Warranty EMEA English - Apple (UAE)

From that document:

The Apple iPhone warranty is country-specific, as are some of the hardware.

If you purchased in Japan and are seeking repair in UAE, you can be asked to pay for the repair.

If you purchased this iPhone new from Apple or an authorized reseller in UAE and are now requesting hardware service in UAE and were somehow sold a Japanese model, then you will want to discuss this directly with Apple Support, and you will want to have your purchase receipts available.

You probably have a subscription or two.

When an Iphone is bought from overseas and it is under an apple warranty can a local apple service center refuse it for taking for repairs saying: this was bought from another country? is it the policy of Apple ?

Yes, and yes, respectively.

Different countries and regions can and variously do have physically different iPhone hardware; different electronics and chassis parts.

World-wide spare parts are not stocked world-wide, and would have to be ordered and shipped.

The Apple Card offer information should include the initial limit.

If not, you can: contact Apple Support.
