Initially: If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

Then depending on the age and the issue, the usual options are to repair, or to replace and recycle.

Use the Support link in the lower left corner of this webpage, and chat or call Apple Support as available.

I’d expect the iPhone would be accepted for recycling. For determining trade-in credit offered if any, you will want to use the Apple purchasing or Apple Trade-in website to learn if Apple will accept that iPhone for trade-in in the US. That website used to request the iPhone serial number as part of its sequence, which will identify its origin.

If you’re not located in a country or region where Apple or Apple resellers operate, or if you are in a country presently under an embargo, then there will be issues contacting Apple. This can also limit access to Apple iCloud services and the ability to make payments.


You can either ask your (technical) question here, or can potentially relocate to a country or region where Apple or Apple resellers operate, or ship your (failing?) device to a country or region where repairs are available, or other such; this for whatever issue or limit or question is going on here.

If a network reset fails, then find a different path for the return call from your carrier and/or from Apple.

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.

There is nothing you can do here to clear this, other than to discuss this directly with Apple. We’re other users, not folks that work for Apple. We can’t access your Apple ID or payment data, nor can we look up details of whatever the confusion or issue here might be. And nothing you can do can clear this, other than contacting Apple.

my iphone 13 pro max is under warranty. I checked with the local service provider who informed me that since the mechine is meant for Japan they have to get down the part from them and I have to pay for the cost. I told them that is under an international warranty. I purchased the mechine from Dubai. Please let me know the correct procedure please

iPhones don't have an international warranty. The warranty is generally restricted to the country in which they were intended for original sale. So you would need to take your phone to Japan for the warranty to be honored.

Unplug and re-plug the charger, and restart the iPhone, and try again. Try a different Qi charger, or try a different iPhone with this same one, or preferably both. This to test where the problem moves. Then best contact OtterBox support for assistance with OtterBox products, and Apple Support if the problem stays with the iPhone.
