Mu OtterBox Otterfox wireless chargers not working
Unplug and re-plug the charger, and restart the iPhone, and try again. Try a different Qi charger, or try a different iPhone with this same one, or preferably both. This to test where the problem moves. Then best contact OtterBox support for assistance with OtterBox products, and Apple Support if the problem stays with the iPhone.

You will need to discuss this with the folks that work for Apple, and not with us.

Hello I have a quick question
What might that question be?
As this is a forum and not a chat—works more like email, and less like Messages—it helps to post the question and supporting details and versions straight away.
Hello dear Apple store, how are you!
I just purchase a 14 pro max 256G gold in your store, may I ask you to post it to me quickly? I just settled my order, and then I found that if I place an order at JBHIFI, I can pick up the goods immediately, if possible,I would like to ask you to ship to me as soon as possible, thank you very much!

This is a user-to-user forum. We’re other users, like you, and not Apple. We can’t access your Apple ID or subscriptions.
Here is what to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
Then this: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
My old Iphone is dead and can not get calls or texts, can I still get my apps and data, photos to transfer to my new phone? and can i do it at verizon store where I bought my iPhone? If you have a backup on your old phone in iCloud, you will be able to restore that to your new phone.

Even if you don't have a backup, if you log into the new iPhone with the same Apple ID as the previous one, you will be able to download all of your apps again.

Verizon's assistance is not required.

my older wireless keyboard won't sync with my Mac Mini since I did the most recent Ventura upgrade. keyboard worked this morning. I upgraded Ventura. It won't sync now. I changed the batteries
Make sure the keyboard power switch is on. (I’ve made this mistake myself.)
Restart the Mac (mini with Apple silicon) or reset both the SMC and reset NVRAM (mini with Intel), and try again.
Here is what Apple suggests:
… If you can't connect your Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, or Magic Trackpad to your Mac - Apple Support
Some of the Apple rechargeable wireless keyboards had a Lightning port used for pairing. If yours has this Lightning port, scrounge a Lightning cable and if it works while wired to the Mac. Given the battery swap, I’m going to guess yours lacks an option to cable the keyboard.
Otherwise, the keyboard or maybe the Mac Bluetooth may have failed. Make an appointment and bring it all into Apple for a look.

Hihi
Hello, and welcome.
Do you have a particular question about Apple products or services?
Or are you like many of us here, and simply excited for the upcoming one year anniversary of this thread? 🤣

I know how to change my payment card BUT it won’t let me put in the exp. Date!
Those expiration dates usually update automatically, from the tie-in with the card issuer.
Apple references those automatic updates of the expiration date here:
… Change or remove the payment cards that you use with Apple Pay - Apple Support
If that update does not happen, remove the expiring card, and add the newly-issued card.

As for one of the the usual problems here, it’s with Activation Lock, and Activation Lock is intended as a theft-deterrent mechanism. A theft deterrent that is easy to bypass would not be much of a deterrent.
Nobody here in the Apple Discussion Forums can help you clear Activation Lock.
To clear an Activation Lock, you will need the password of the associated Apple ID, or the original purchase receipt and a discussion with Apple Support, or similar proof of ownership.
If this device was recently purchased and the seller is still available, contact the seller for remediation or for refund. A remote unlock using iCloud is available to the person with the Apple ID holding the Activation Lock, if that person is still available and is inclined to unlock this device.
Again, only the person with the credentials to the Apple ID holding the lock, or Apple, can clear this lock. For Apple to clear the lock, you will have to provide a receipt with proof of original purchase and with matching serial number or IMEI, legal paperwork from an inheritance, or other similar proof of ownership materials.
For recovering access to your own Apple ID, see the links earlier in this reply.

Purchasing devices with Activation Lock is unfortunately far too common. These are scams, and other fraudulent sales. These locked devices will not be useful to you, and are probably best recycled. See the following link for more info:

Hi I’m looking to leave positive feedback or take a survey of the professionalism of the support advisor who just helped me. I have a cash number Is there anyway I can take a Siri?
I'm not aware of a feedback link specifically for Apple Support.
You can call Apple Corporate HQ at +1 (408) 996–1010, and let them know.
That telephone number is from: Contact - How to Contact Us - Apple

I have someone charging me from Apple for something I know nothing about. Charging my Credit Karma debit card multiple times. How can I find out who's doing this. All is unauthorized.
If the charges are not appearing in your billing info for any of your Apple IDs, it would then appear your payment information has been compromised and you will want to contact your financial provider and notify them of the apparent fraud.
Here is how to check your billing: Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
