Unchecking 'Put hard disks to sleep when possible' makes no difference on Mac Studio
I usually uncheck the preference 'Put hard disks to sleep when possible' in order to keep my connected drives awake, so that when I go to save, open or read some file I don't have to wait a few seconds every times for the drive to spin up, but it seems that on the Mac Studio unchecking this option makes no difference whatsoever, the Mac Studio wants to sleep my external LaCie USB-C drives no matter what. This is highly annoying – but the more ridiculous thing is that when I have managed to get the Mac Studio into sleep mode it wakes the drives up every few minutes – so it wants to keep the drives asleep when it's awake but wake the drives when it's asleep – go figure.
