iPhone 11 Pro Max Bootloop and Restore Fail

Hello, I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max. Running ios 15.

I am stuck in a boot loop. I have tried all of the suggested fixes, Hard Reset, Update and restore via itunes. Nothing has helped up to this point.

I’m ok losing everything on my phone, I just want it to start working again.

While trying to restore in itunes, the process starts and itunes downloads onto my computer. When the download completes and is preparing to send it to my phone my phone turns off and resets but because of this it fails to load on to my phone because my phone loses connection with my computer (Windows 10)

I have tried this multiple time both updating and restoring and trying different cables to do so, but get the same result.

is there any other suggestions other then taking my device to a apple store? ( Unfortunately the closest location is a hour away from my house.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks i’m advance!

Cmaxim,

This article covers a few additional steps to take for that particular error code, such as trying the process with another computer: If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Should you still be unable to successfully restore your iPhone, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support so they can look into your options further: Contact - Official Apple Support

Take care.

Hello, Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately after multiple attempts my phone still restarts after the extracting screen, but because after that point my computer thinks my phone disconnected so the process fails.

I really hope that I can fix this without taking into a apple store. Im 2 payments away from paying this phone off and it would be a shame to have to pay for a repair. If theres anything else I can provide please let me know. Thanks again!! :-)
