Tokenfactoryiframe issue
Yes, this is appears to be impacting anyone who's accessing Office 365 from the Safari browser. This apparently started early this morning. I've advised Apple users, on a Microsoft message board to please don't make any setting changes to your systems, and don't down load this. The issue would be related to a change on Microsoft's side and they have to fix it.
This is impacting all of O365 when accessed using Safari.
For iOS users, try using the Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel apps as a workaround.
For Mac users, try using the desktop app as a workaround.
An iFrame (Inline Frame) is an HTML element that loads another HTML element inside of a web page. iFrames are commonly used to embed an external ad, video, analytics tag, or another interactive element without having to add them to your web as a traditional element.

How do we stop the automatic download or at least block outlook from allowing downloads?
You don’t. Microsoft needs to fix it on their end.
UGH! I keep getting it too, this is the last thing I need during finals.
I've had the same issues on outlook. It keeps on downloading a TokenFactoryIFrame every 10 seconds.
Any status on this issue ?
I am seeing the same download. Anyone have a solution?
Getting the same message when accessing the e-mails through Outlook Web.
Error Message : "Do you want to download TokenFactoryIframe?"
What about on the Ipad ? Thanks
Good question...is there a way to open up Safari Preferences on the iPad? If so, I would imagine the steps would be similar.
it’s working!!!!!! Thanks!!!!
