Multiple Music Libraries

I have more than 10 year's worth of music on my Mac, downloaded from iTunes and Amazon and burned from CD. Currently, Music does not display anything like all of the tracks nad a search returns something like 'Cannot find track, would you like to search?' - no result from that one! I see that I have two previous libraries, both of which contain many of my missing tracks. Please, how can I fix this?
