HomeKit No Response
I have an August Wi-Fi Smart Lock installed on front door of house. It works with manufacturer app ok, and have it setup in homekit. My wife and I get notifications through homekit when it locks or unlocks, but I can’t control it in homekit, it says No Response both on my iphone and my ipad. But, the odd thing is it works fine on my wife’s iphone and ipad, controls it as you would expect. I set it up from my devices, and she shares our home, so I’m confused why it won’t work on my devices but works on her devices. I have tried resetting it and power cycling devices, logging out and into iCloud, etc etc.
Any thoughts why or how it could work on one device in our home and not another? And how to fix of course if you have any ideas. Thank you
