Add kilometres from using my recumbent bike with Apple 7 watch
I use my recumbent bike 6 days a week and want to add the data to my Apple Watch 7. Usually 15-20 kilometres per day. How can I add the data to my new Apple Watch 7?

In the bottom part of your answer, it says it only effects 3 rings on the day in question? Will it record my recumbent workout data each day if I add it manually?

In the Health App tap on the browse tab at the
bottom then tap activity and scroll down to workouts
then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand
corner of the screen it says add data,tap on that and
you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add
at the top right of the screen.Then restart your phone.
Be aware though that this only effects your 3 rings on the day in question.
