Hi guys. For how long iPhone 13 PM learns my charging routine before it starts to charge to 80% and finishes to 100% just before wake up alarm. 20 days have passed but optimised battery charging not kicked in. I'm using blitzwolf 10w magsafe charger every night,OBC is enabled.

Are you connecting the phone to the charger in the evening and disconnecting it in the morning? If so it should have kicked in by now. I would try an Apple charger.
Yes i'm connecting it at evening before bed time. I dont have genuine apple magsafe charger atm but I'm going to order one very soon. Meanwhile I will try my old 18w charger with usb-c to lightning cable from 11PM.
