What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Verify the setting for Restrictions. Turn it off, then try again.

Else verify the network connection. Try restarting both the Apple TV box and the router.

If your Apple TV can't connect to Wi-Fi - Apple Support

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
