Is there something similar to MS Words image lists (table) of images used in the document?
For example by somehow tagging the image title or caption?
Same question I do have for foot notes.
Or simple, this does not exist in Pages?

Pages is not a Word clone, so it cannot index anything, or provide a table of images. Stick to MS Word if you want to do this.
Pages (v12) raises your hopes by showing that a caption assigned to an image is Caption Object style which is not an option in the ToC paragraph listing, unfortunately. And, if you select the image caption text and apply the Caption body text style, although the caption text turns all upper-case, it too is excluded from the table of contents options.
There is a direct feedback menu item on the Pages application menu that goes directly to the Pages product team. They neither read nor participate in these user-to-user support communities.
