Pending purchase

I bought an in game purchase and it went through but I had no money so the purchase is pending now I have the money to pay it on my card but it’s not taking the money out how do I fix this?

Pending Purchases I’ve had a pending purchase for the game Genshin Impact for months now. At first I waited a few days for it to go through and when it didn’t I tried adding a card to my phone to pay it and that didn’t work. I may just be dumb but I have no idea what to do.

Why is my card doing that? i used 54 dollars to pay for a game it worked but in my purchases it still says pending and now it says my card isn’t working and it’s because it says i have to pay $54 dollars again i don’t understand why i have to pay it again if it already worked.

Payment I bought an in-game purchase and it still says pending after a couple hours. I don’t have a payment method besides $16 from gift cards. I have enough money for the purchase but it is still not letting me buy it. Is there anything I can do that might help me?
