my printer doses'Nt work after I got a new Mac 1 last week. He takes the order but stops printing directly. But the printer works with my MacBook Pro. Where is the error. I tried all possibilities with apple and HP without success.
Please help me ...

Likely the "new Mac" needs an updated printer driver that is compatible with its OS (Monterey?). That you get from the HP website if HP has chosen to update these particular printer drivers.
