Unable to delete Apple payment Notification

Updated Apple payment and a deduction was made instantly but the Notification to update payment still comes up. Tried logging out of Apple and Restarting the phone but it did not help. Also checked Subscriptions to make sure all payments were up to date. The card provided has plenty of funds available for ongoing future deductions but it says 'failed'. That is wrong as it already made a deduction.

Any suggestions?
